Job Details

Responsibilities

Support PM team with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and document control
Track schedule updates, long-lead items, and material deliveries
Assist with subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and change documentation
Help manage closeout: O&M manuals, punchlists, warranty tracking
Coordinate with field leadership to keep priorities aligned

Qualifications

1+ years in construction (internships/co-ops count)
Degree in CM, Civil, or related (or equivalent experience)
Comfortable learning Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project (or similar)
Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
Interest in building operations and jobsite exposure
