Location: Moorpark, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23.00-$24.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4x10 Schedule)
Hours: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (Flexible)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Fabrication Technician - Level 1 (Welder) to join our manufacturing team in Moorpark, CA. This position is ideal for someone with strong MIG welding experience who is looking to expand their skills in fabrication and assembly. In addition to welding, you'll assist with product assembly, operate fabrication equipment after training, and support general shop operations.
Essential Job Duties

Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
Perform TIG welding when applicable (preferred).
Assist with product assembly and general fabrication tasks.
Operate fabrication equipment, including mills, lathes, and tubing benders, after receiving training.
Deburr and process fabricated parts using hand tools and shop equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with occasional local pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MIG welding experience required.
TIG welding experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and blueprints.
Comfortable working with hand tools and fabrication equipment.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful completion of a background check.
Successful completion of a drug screening.
