Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring high-quality service for our guests.
• Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy inspections of vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently address guest concerns.
• Maintain and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to relay vehicle issues.
• Work closely with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive technician.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed shop productivity goals.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
• Professional appearance with strong communication skills.
• Aspirations for long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Capable of working with tools on vehicles positioned above head height.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for vehicle repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Familiarity with driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating computer systems.
