This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to building projects from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain a variety of construction tools and equipment
Assist skilled trades (carpenters, equipment operators, etc.)
Prepare job sites by clearing debris and hazards
Load, unload, and transport heavy materials
Assemble and dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding, barriers, etc.)
Dig, move, compact, or fill earth as needed
Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
Support general construction tasks and daily operations
Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
Learn new skills through on-the-job training
