Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: San Fernando, CA.

Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $45 - $60 hourly

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: 1st Shift, Onsite

About the Role:

Looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with Mastercam skills to join a precision manufacturing environment. This role supports aerospace and defense work, producing high-quality, tight-tolerance machined components in a team-oriented setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, including Fanuc, Mori, and Haas

• Program and modify jobs in Mastercam to improve run times

• Work on high-mix, low-volume projects utilizing 4 and 5 axis machines

• Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of CNC operating experience

• 4+ years of Fanuc experience

• 6+ years of experience with Mastercam, blueprint reading, and inspection tools

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
