Your Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up machines for production.
- Loading tools and holders as required.
- Performing jaw cutting and re-cutting tasks.
- Adjusting fixture offsets as necessary.
- Verifying tool hardware, diameters, radii, lengths, and mills.
- Ensuring tool offset accuracy through verification.
- Conducting periodic inspections of equipment calibration.
- Reading and processing parts for visual braze inspections.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
- Utilizing precision measuring instruments for quality inspections.
- Collaborating within a team environment and assisting with additional duties as needed.
- Communicating professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Following and promoting safe work practices.
- Supporting LEAN initiatives aimed at improving efficiency.
- Lifting light to medium weight and occasionally working in different positions.
Qualifications Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of machining experience.
- Experience with CNC Machining.
We're Looking For Individuals With:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret procedures, sketches, and blueprints along with basic mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of precision measuring equipment and teamwork capabilities.
- Experience in Milling and Turning processes.
