Kelly Services is hiring CNC Machine Operators (Bending Machines) in Farmington, CT!

Join a modern sheet metal fabrication environment where you'll operate CNC bending machines in a high-tech manufacturing setting. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience looking to grow into CNC operations-even if you haven't worked specifically on bending machines.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC bending machines for sheet metal fabrication
Interpret blueprints and inspect parts to ensure quality standards
Use measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and tape measures
Perform initial production runs and support process setup
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine or programming issues
Maintain equipment and workspace following 5S and TPM standards
Support team activities and meet production timelines

What You'll Bring

1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience required
Experience with CNC, lathe, milling, or similar equipment preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to operate overhead crane or forklift (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Positive work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Experience with TRUMPF machines is a plus
