Machine Mechanic - Manufacturing Plant
Paterson, NJ | $25/hr | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Mechanic to join our manufacturing team in Paterson, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing industrial machinery to ensure smooth and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance: clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues by replacing or repairing faulty parts.
Install, move, and dismantle industrial equipment following technical plans.
Conduct tests and run initial batches after maintenance or repair.
Diagnose issues using manuals, diagnostic tools, and observations.
Follow safety protocols and wear PPE while working with industrial equipment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Paterson, NJ

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Machine Mechanic or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to read and follow technical manuals and plans.
Commitment to workplace safety and following PPE requirements.
