Summary: Seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support inspection activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aerospace inspections, strong measurement capabilities, and the ability to interpret technical documentation to ensure full compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Summary: Seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support inspection activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aerospace inspections, strong measurement capabilities, and the ability to interpret technical documentation to ensure full compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on aerospace components and assemblies.
- Use precision measurement equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparators, and other inspection tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts during inspection activities.
- Review and verify Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, and supporting documentation.
- Document inspection findings, initiate NCRs, and support RCCA processes.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with AS9100 requirements and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete inspection records.
- Communicate inspection results clearly to operations, engineering, and quality leadership.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Minimum 2 years of aerospace manufacturing inspection experience.
- Strong ability to use measurement equipment for dimensional and visual inspection.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge and practical application of GD&T.
- English speaking; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with AS9100 requirements a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
