- Change Managers are responsible for oversight of all changes created by their team to ensure that the Change Management has been followed during the creation and execution of the change.
- Review of the risk and impact analysis to ensure that this has been performed thoroughly and correctly.
- Review of mitigating actions (as required) included in the implementation plan such that these serve to minimize both the risk of failure and impact on users.
- Review of all required documentation (Implementation, Validation, Backout plans, and Evidence of testing) to ensure completeness of the change.
- Verification that the GDPR process has been followed (as required).
- Identification and resolution of conflicts.
- Identification of potential impacts to other Services through review of the change Impact Assessment results.
- Review of the change Impact Analysis to ensure the potential for impact due to the change is minimized.
- Ensuring that Post Implementation Review is completed, and the change ticket is closed within ten days of the end of the scheduled change window.
- Ensuring that all tasks in the change are signed off by the respective parties in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the change is closed properly (all actions completed, all tasks signed off, any other tickets (INC, PBI, CHG) are related to the change ticket if applicable, etc.) and in a timely manner. Changes are expected to be completed and closed as soon as practical following change implementation, validation and PIR creation
- ITSM/ITIL experience preferred
