1st shift stand up forklift

Local company in White, GA is looking for stand up forklift operators to join their team. This position starts out at $17/hour. The hours are Monday through Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Must be able to use a reach lift or have done cherry picking on a forklift. If interested in this role please send your updated resume to

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as requested or required
• Follow defined processes for inbound, picking, outbound, and reverse logistics orders
• Inspect, check, and identify goods
• Perform journal entries related to packaging and storage of goods
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts
• Work safely both independently and within a team environment
• Perform cycle counts and other inventory-related activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of forklift operator experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Operator Certification
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Basic mechanical knowledge; mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Logistics and packaging knowledge preferred
