To Crush This Job

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (we provide training)
• Comfortable reading instructions and using basic measuring tools
• Good problem-solving, math, and mechanical skills
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. during shifts

Your Role on the Floor

• Set up and operate machines for imaging, screenmaking, slitting, and ink mixing
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Keep machines running smoothly with light maintenance
• Follow safety guidelines and keep your work area clean
• Support teammates and help train new operators
