Hand Painter - $17.50/hr, No Experience Required

Adecco is recruiting for multiple Production Artist positions with a specialty manufacturing facility in Aurora, NY . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $17.50/hour to start, working day shift.

No experience is required. Candidates who are detail-oriented and have an artistic background of any kind are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Hand-paint and decorate finished pieces using brushes and small tools

• Apply paint and finishes according to established designs and quality standards

• Inspect work for consistency, detail, and accuracy

• Move finished pieces between workstations and racks as needed

• Perform basic data entry to track work completed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• HS Diploma or GED

• Artistic background through work, school, or hobbies (painting, drawing, design, crafts, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Patience and ability to perform detailed work for extended periods

• Ability to follow instructions and quality guidelines

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
