Clinical Specialist, RN or LPN (Luxury Senior Living)

If you are a seasoned Wellness Director who is ready to move into a training and mentorship role, we want to talk to you. We are adding a Clinical Specialist to the Georgia portfolio to provide hands-on support, expertise, and leadership across our communities. You will work closely with our VP of Clinical, acting as a clinical extension to ensure our teams have the tools and training they need to succeed.

What We're Looking For

We need a clinical expert (RN or LPN) with a long tenure in community-level wellness leadership. You must be an adaptable leader who loves coaching and is comfortable being deployed to various communities to stabilize and support operations.
