A client of ours in Sherwood is looking to add a Quality Inspector on the Day Shift. This constantly growing company is looking for capable, flexible, and dependable candidates to add to their team.

Three-month evaluation-to-hire opportunity!

Duties:

Perform component in-process and final product acceptance activities using engineering drawings and other specifications to determine the product's acceptance or rejection.
Document inspection results in accordance with company procedures.
Identify and report nonconforming materials using electronic systems.
Work under pressure with competing deadlines while maintaining a cooperative working relationship with other employees and the team lead.
Perform effectively in a highly detailed environment where mental focus and accuracy are essential.

Qualities, Skills, and Physical Abilities:

The ideal candidate must be driven to deliver results and establish rapport, earn trust, and collaborate effectively with others.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about facilities.
Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
Minimum two years of in-process and final inspection experience, preferably in a machining manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $19.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
