We're looking for a driven Reconstruction Sales Rep who can connect with clients & insurance agents, navigate insurance processes, and see projects through from first call to final walkthrough.

Your Impact:

• Be the face of Paul Davis to insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners
• Scope and estimate restoration projects using Xactimate/Simbility
• Guide clients through the recovery process with empathy and confidence
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and under budget
• Own your sales goalsand celebrate when you crush them

• 1+ year in restoration, construction, or insurance claims
• Natural relationship-builder with a persuasive edge
• Tech-savvy with estimating tools like Xactimate/Simbility
• You show up, follow through, and care about the details
• Valid driver's license
