Forklift Operator $17/HR

Join a fast-paced and supportive team as a Warehouse Worker Forklift Operator, where you'll help manage container and racking systems across two nearby facilities. You'll primarily work out of our East Moline location, which handles all racks, with occasional duties at our Davenport warehouse that manages a mix of racks and totes.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts to safely load and unload trucks and ensure the correct containers are shipped
• Work in the washing area to load, unload, sort, stage, and scan plastic totes for washing
• Stand for the full shift with scheduled breaks
• Process inbound items on the lanes by removing manufacturer tags and scanning containers/racks
• Repair large plastic containers using basic hand tools (hand drills, screwdrivers)
• Support daily warehouse tasks in a hands-on, physical environment

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of recent labor or forklift experience
• Ability to pass a forklift driving test (maneuvering through cones, lifting/placing pallets)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for 10 hours of overtime and willingness to work Saturdays
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience in production, loading/unloading, or shipping & receiving
• Previous experience with warehouse environments similar to XPAC

Work Environment

• Full-shift standing role with a mix of forklift operation, tote washing, and container repair
• Indoor/outdoor work depending on the task
• Shift options include:
  • 1PM - 9PM
  • 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Practical, hands-on dress code suitable for warehouse activities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
