CNC Operator
Location: Brooks, OR
PAY: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm with possible overtime. Overtime if needed, would be 5:00am-2:30pm/3:30pm.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate has experience in machining, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification
- Load and unload materials and finished components
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Maintain production accuracy, part counts, and job documentation
- Deburr, clean, and finish parts as required
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with basic machine setup and changeovers
- Prior CNC or machining experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Strong basic math and measurement skills
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work full-time with overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Standing for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement around equipment
- Exposure to industrial noise, dust, and machinery
