Pay: $25 - $30/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

What You'll Do:
- Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential solar PV systems.
- Ensure compliance with Trinity Solar's installation standards, NEC, and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle stocked with necessary tools and materials.
- Assess jobsite conditions to execute tasks safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent Trinity Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4-5 years of electrical or solar installation experience.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), specifically Articles 690-710.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system challenges efficiently.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and adaptability to changing field conditions.
- Solar Installation Background: Residential solar installation experience is essential.
- Equipment Operation: Familiarity with equipment operation (e.g., trenchers, lifts) is a plus.
- Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to safety and quality workmanship.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions.
