Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining various aspects of the facility's industrial ammonia system, with guidance and established documentation.
• Engage in preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance across the facility.
• Learn and understand various systems and applications such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Process Safety Management, and wastewater operations.
• Document completed tasks and existing conditions.
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts as necessary.
• Collaborate with peers and management to foster continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain an Operator 1 certificate within one year.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Two years of prior industrial or utilities experience, or equivalent technical degree.
• Must pass a physical exam and PFT prior to hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience or certification in Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration or hold an Industrial/Class III Wastewater license.
• Prior experience in the industrial food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with compressed air systems, ammonia refrigeration, and hot water systems.
• Qualification in CARO/CIRO.
• Prior work experience with Cargill within the last 12 months.
