2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic Needed in Oaks, PA!

Pay: $25-$29/hour + $1.00 shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday - 2:00pm to 11:00pm
Training: Travel required (company paid)

Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports safe, efficient operations by troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with team members and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance per established guidelines
• Identify and report major equipment issues to leadership
• Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs
• Order and manage replacement parts as needed
• Train operators on basic equipment repairs
• Assist with general facility maintenance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of solid state electronics and DC voltage
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Customer-service mindset and attention to detail
