Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator experienced with stand-up and sit-down forklifts to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency with regular and squeeze lifts and working with inventory systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of products in the warehouse, supporting seamless operations across our supply chain.

Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, and unload products. Safely transport materials to designated storage areas and production lines, adhering to facility layout plans. Perform routine equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in safe working condition. Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily operational goals and meet productivity standards. Follow verbal and written instructions for order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to report any issues or challenges.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience using squeeze/clamp lifts. Familiarity with warehouse management software or inventory tracking systems. Basic mathematical skills for counting and reconciling inventory data. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience of operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety practices related to forklift operation and warehouse environments.
