We have the immediate need for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager on large Industrial/Aerospace projects with Procore & Bluebeam.
We are looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial/Aerospace High Bay Construction Projects and Five years as a Senior Construction Project Manager.
Must be experienced in leading field staff project team, Lean Construction/Pull Plans, proficient with Reading Drawings, Writing subcontracts, Project Buyout, Change Order Management, Processing Submittals/RFIs, expediting submittals, material/equipment, procurement and working with Project Superintendent.
Prior experience with Procore is essential. Also must be proficient in Bluebeam, Excel and MS Office and MS Project Scheduling.
s an onsite Construction Project Manager and Change Order Management of a large Aerospace High Bay project you work closely with subcontractors and project staff managing procurement, submittals, schedule and change orders.
Work closely with Project Engineer, Project Superintendents & Safety Mgr. for a successful safe project delivered on time.
