Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers for a leading distribution and manufacturing company in Belgrade, MN. In this role, you'll support the production and assembly of wood components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and performing quality checks to ensure orders meet specifications. • Pull required jambs for production orders and organize materials by order specifications
• Operate equipment to strike jambs according to job requirements
• Pull headers and assist with assembly processes
• Apply shipping labels and prepare products for distribution
• Verify machine settings and specifications for accuracy
• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
• Use handheld computer devices for inventory tracking and order management

What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
• Knowledge of wood species and their characteristics
• Familiarity with stop profiles and their applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
