High/Deep reach Forklift Operator

An established global logistics leader near Perry, Georgia is seeking experienced and safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operators to join their team. This is a crucial role supporting the efficient movement of goods in a fast-paced distribution center. We offer a stable, non-rotating shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, providing 3-4 days off per week! Shift Schedules and Pay
This position operates on a set schedule of four 12-hour shifts per week. Shifts are permanent and do not rotate between day and night.

Day Shift: Sun - Tues and every other Wed 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM $17.00/hour
Night Shift: Sun - Tues and every other Wed 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM $18.00/hour
Day Shift : Thur - Sat and every other Wed 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM $17.00/hour
Night Shift: Thur - Sat and every other Wed 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM $18.00/hour

Responsibilities:
Operate an Electric High Reach Forklift safely and efficiently in high-traffic aisles up to 35 feet.

Operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift for loading, unloading, and movement of palletized materials.

Accurately pull, stage, and put away inventory in designated racking locations.

Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on assigned equipment and report any issues promptly.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and site rules.

Utilize an RF scanner and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS) to perform inventory transactions.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience in a large-scale, third-party logistics (3PL) or distribution environment.

Proficiency with RF scanners and basic WMS operations.

Proven record of reliability and excellent attendance.

Education:
High School

Experience:

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable, recent experience operating an Electric High Reach Forklift.

Minimum of 6 months of verifiable, recent experience operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift.

Ability to work the full 12-hour shift and mandatory overtime as needed.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Commitment to maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
