What You'll Do

Lead and mentor shop technicians and mechanics

Oversee fleet maintenance and repair for Class 7/8 diesel trucks

Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical, and PTO systems

Manage preventive maintenance programs and shop workflow

Ensure full DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance

Keep the fleet ready for 24/7 emergency response operations

What You Bring

ASE Certification (Master level a plus)

5+ years of diesel mechanic experience ideally in waste, industrial, or environmental services

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

Leadership experience in a shop or fleet setting

CDL or willingness to obtain one

Safety-first mindset and solid organizational skills
