Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Prior Lake, MN
Shift: Day

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment that requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on production machines and equipment
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and minimize downtime
Walk, stand, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work instructions
Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
