About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team that supports structural steel work across industries such as oil & gas, construction, wind energy, and custom fabrication. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers a long-term path if you’re looking to grow with a company.

This is a clean and organized shop environment; however, it is not climate controlled.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel, pipe, beams, and custom projects

• Complete trailer and structural steel repairs

• Perform occasional TIG welding on smaller components

• Assist with light fabrication work

• Read and interpret basic drawings/blueprints (preferred)

Required Skills

• Professional MIG welding experience

• Ability to weld steel pipe

• Reliability, consistency, and high-quality workmanship

• Blueprint reading

Preferred Skills

• TIG welding experience

• Welding certification

Interview Process

• On-site interview

• Welding test including:

• 6G MIG pipe weld

• Fabrication of a small box

• (Estimated 1–2 hours)

Team & Work Environment

• Small but growing team (approx. 30 teammates on the shop floor)

• Hands-on, supportive work culture

• Drug test required (includes THC)

Pay & Benefits

$25.00–$35.00/hr

OT paid at 1.5x

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
