🔨 Carpenter Needed in Central Oregon

We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our residential construction team. This is not an entry-level role - we need someone with hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and general carpentry who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or with a crew.
💲 Pay

$23-$30 per hour (DOE)
📍 Location

Projects in Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Oregon
🔎 What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven carpentry experience in residential construction
Be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Work efficiently with minimal supervision
Be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Communicate clearly in English
Be safety-conscious and follow job site protocols

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

🪚 Proficiency in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
Experience with concrete forms, tile, and masonry is a plus
📏 Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
🔧 Own a full set of hand and power tools (or be working toward it)
🚗 Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
🚫 No drug use or excessive drinking
📞 Able to provide references from past employers or clients

🧩 Tile installation
📦 Material handling and site organization
