• Pay: $18-19/hour - Depending on shift

• Schedule: 1st shift, Mon-Fri 6am - 2pm OR 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 2pm - 10pm

• Location: East Greenville, PA

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Benefits: Available during the temp-to-hire period

Job Summary
As a Systems Assembler, you'll work in multiple areas of metal operations on a rotation. You'll use a variety of tools and measuring devices to assemble, inspect, and prepare products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and tape measures

• Operate scanners, label machines, and hand tools safely

• Measure products accurately to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform repetitive assembly work while maintaining production flow

• Use computers to check product locations and order information

• Inspect, wrap, and pack products to meet company standards

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Participate in team-based improvement activities

• Take ownership of safety, quality, and production goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
