Mig Welder

Position Title: MIG Welder

Wage: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm  

QPS Employment Group has a great MIG Welder position available at a company in Belvidere, IL. This is a 1st position with the opportunity for hire. 

MIG Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Produce good welds.
- Make adjustments on welder.
- Maintain and care for tools.
- Position materials to create a positive workflow.
- Remove scrap material and garbage from work area.
- Follow up and communicate daily issues with welding area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

MIG Welder Requirements:
- Blueprint reading.
- Must be able to read and comprehend other work orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well and communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs, the ability to stand for long period of times, and the ability to walk, bend, twist and stand.
- Must have at least 2 years of MIG Welding experience.
