Compensation: $22.00-$28.00 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a leading custom fabrication company located in Moorhead, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble agricultural and conveyor components according to work orders and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions
• Install bearings and mechanical components during assembly processes
• Perform sanding, grinding, and buffing to meet quality standards
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Move and position materials using overhead cranes
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to operate or learn to operate overhead cranes safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
