Reliability Maintenance Technician

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, with overtime weekends and holidays as needed.

Perform monthly vibration analysis

Provide technical support for ongoing maintenance problems, new equipment, and project inspection/commissioning.

Developing and implementing plans to improve reliability based on findings from investigations

Collaborate with various teams to enhance reliability program and determine the appropriate corrective actions for each situation, such as replacing equipment or implementing new safety procedures

Analyze and identify potential causes of equipment failure to prevent future problems

Perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, moving between different levels, lifting objects up to 50 lbs. from ground level, manually transporting loads up to 75 lbs., and applying up to 100-foot pounds of torque

Working at different heights, with potential tasks performed in standing, sitting, lying down, crouched, or kneeling positions.
