Job Description:

Support Project Managers, project reports/docs/planning, RFIs, change orders, takeoffs, sub/vendor relations, assist with project cost controls, submittals, and coordination
Drawings/specs, material lists/pricing/timelines, budgets, schedules, ensure project progress/milestones/success, compliance with codes/standards/company policies, meeting minutes/follow up items, and assist in resolving issues/project closeout
Structured career path to Project Manager as the next step after Project Engineer is Project Manager

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Administrator, or Assistant PM on construction projects, preferably luxury custom homes
Procore experience preferred
Skilled in multitasking, efficiency, project/employee supervision, job organization, meeting deadlines, documentation, and communication
Must pass reference check
