As a Field Tech, you will be responsible for monitoring pile driving blow counts and testing densities across multiple sites . This role is ideal for those looking to enter the construction industry and offers opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pile driving blow counts.

• Conduct density testing on construction sites.

• Accurately document all observations and findings.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.

• Experience in construction.

• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.

• Strong documentation and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to safety standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of vibration monitoring and pile logging is advantageous.

• Possession of a truck is beneficial.

• No certifications required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Charles, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
