Outdoor Laborer

Location: Hutchinson, Kansas

Work Schedule:

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (May transition to 24-hour schedule in spring)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking outdoor laborers to join a local team. This position involves various tasks, including digging, cleaning materials in the pit, and learning to operate equipment as you progress in the role. Candidates should be willing to learn, have good punctuality, and demonstrate strong attendance.

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check without felonies in the past 7 years.
Willingness to undergo drug testing administered before starting the first shift.
Ability to handle 50 lb. lifting.
Recommended to have rubber boots with composite toe (available for purchase at Atwoods/Bomgaars/Tractor Supply)

Responsibilities:

Perform outdoor labor tasks such as digging and cleaning materials.
Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.
Learn and progress in the role to operate equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
