Now Hiring: Mechanical Assemblers in Longmont (Cleanroom Environment)
Pay Range: $22-$26/hour (DOE)
Join a high‑performance team supporting the manufacturing of advanced equipment for gas distribution and semiconductor applications. As a Cleanroom Mechanical Assembler, you will play a key role in building and testing critical components and sub‑assemblies. Your mechanical aptitude, precision, and ability to interpret technical documentation will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret assembly drawings to accurately build components and sub‑assemblies.
Perform hands‑on mechanical assembly using hand tools and testing equipment.
Crimp and make precise electrical connections following established procedures.
Use basic computer software for email, documentation, and word processing.
Work effectively within a team environment while also completing independent tasks.
Support process improvement efforts, including Six Sigma and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Perform hydro testing and record data accurately as required.
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
Participate in 5S activities and continuous improvement projects to enhance workflow efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience
3+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
Proven ability to read assembly drawings and perform manual assembly work.
Experience with crimping and electrical connections.
Comfortable using basic computer software (email, word processing, data entry).
Familiarity with ISO9001 processes and documentation.
Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience assembling large‑scale equipment.
Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment; Class 10 cleanroom experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of hydro testing procedures and accurate data recording.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or lean manufacturing.

Work Environment
Onsite, Monday–Friday
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible start times available)
Work performed in a Class 10 cleanroom

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
