Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker who will be responsible for custom assembling conveyor systems on a daily basis.
Responsibilities

• Assemble conveyor systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Use MIG welding techniques effectively to fabricate components.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a job shop environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a fabrication shop is highly desirable.

Work Environment
Join a fabrication shop specializing in manufacturing material handling systems and equipment, with a significant focus on airport conveyor systems. The work schedule is from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on Friday, with overtime as needed on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
