Our Client in New Kensington, PA seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Programmer to join their team!

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: DOE

Responsibilities

Develop, simulate, and implement complex multi-axis G-code programs for Swiss-style lathes using CAM software
Perform comprehensive machine setups
Identify and implement cycle time reductions and tool-life improvements
Maintain tolerances as tight as ±.0005". Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process monitoring using CMMs, vision systems, and manual metrology tools.
Able to diagnose repair and perform mechanical troubleshooting

Requirements

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in CNC Swiss machining, with at least 5 years dedicated to independent programming and setup.
Mastery of G-code/M-code and fluency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Advanced proficiency in CAM programming and CAD software
Prior experience operating within highly regulated environments, such as Aerospace or Medical.
