The QTI Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team at a multi-building manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for maintaining building systems, maintaining indoor and outdoor environments, and completing equipment repairs and special projects. Support is also provided to the industrial maintenance and custodial teams as needed.

Schedule:Monday - Friday

6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Compensation:$23-$26/hour

ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs on facility systems, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, doors, and HVAC equipment

Conduct routine inspections of building systems to identify maintenance needs

Complete preventative maintenance tasks to extend equipment life and reduce downtime

Address facility issues such as leaks, damaged surfaces, or malfunctioning components

Maintain building grounds, including minor exterior repairs and upkeep

Ensure all facility systems meet safety and operating standards

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and reported issues

Assist industrial maintenance and custodial teams

QualificationsExperience in facility maintenance or building upkeep

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

Ability to operate hand and power tools safely

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Valid driver's license required
