Pay Range: $20-$28 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide effective solutions
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with codes
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements:

Experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

NATE certification (a plus)
Experience with residential and/or light commercial systems
Familiarity with heat pumps, furnaces, and AC systems

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs.)
Work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, attics, crawl spaces)
Ability to climb ladders and remain on feet for extended periods
