CNC Machine Operator - 2nd & Weekend Shift

We're seeking candidates for CNC Machine Operator roles on our 2nd (4:30pm-2am Mon thru Thurs) and weekend shifts (6am-6pm Fri thru Sun). Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities ranges between $20.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you will do as a CNC Machine Operator:

• Operate CNC milling machines and ensure optimal machine performance
• Perform tool changes, adjustments, and troubleshoot machine issues independently
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Record production data, including downtime, incidents, and machine-related issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform basic machine maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs as needed

What you need to be a CNC Machine Operator:

• Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a CNC mill operator within last 5 years
• Must have experience with CNC machine operation, tool changes, and troubleshooting
• Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to high production quality
• Must be ability to work efficiently and independantly
• Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
• CNC setup experience is required
