Machine Attendant

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to bring on Machine Operators and Utility Operators. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering strong benefits, incentives, and overtime.

Position: Machine Operator / Utility Operator

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:30 AM – 7:30 AM
• 2nd Shift Weekend: Two weekday shifts (2nd shift hours) + Saturday/Sunday 12:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift Weekend: Two weekday shifts (3rd shift hours) + Saturday/Sunday 12:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 – $26.00/hour (depending on role, shift, and experience)
Location: Exeter, NH

Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to work in a clean room manufacturing environment. These positions involve operating and monitoring production equipment while ensuring high quality standards and strict adherence to process and safety guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to support manufacturing processes
• Run multiple machines while maintaining quality and performance standards
• Perform inspections to ensure materials and finished products meet specifications
• Track and document production activity and machine performance
• Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations
• Follow all clean room procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (1–2+ years)
• Strong computer skills required
• Ability to work in a clean room environment
• High attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Mechanical aptitude preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour
