Manufacturing/Production Associate (13021)

Adecco is recruiting for multiple Production Associate positions with a specialty manufacturing facility in Aurora, NY . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $17.50/hour to start, working day shift.

These are entry-level roles supporting hands-on production and finishing processes. Placement will be based on skills, interest, and business needs. No prior experience is required — training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist in hands-on production and finishing processes

• Pour, trim, finish, or handle products at various stages of production

• Use basic hand tools to prepare or refine finished pieces

• Move materials and finished products between workstations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow safety and quality guidelines

What We're Looking For

• HS Diploma or GED

• No prior experience required (manufacturing or production experience is a plus)

• Experience working with hand tools also a plus

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures

• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, and repetitive hand motions throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
