Production Worker - Denver, CO | 1st and 3rd Shift Openings

Join a growing manufacturing team producing highquality stainless steel band clamps used throughout the oil and gas industry. As a Production Worker, you'll be at the heart of the operation-running machinery, ensuring product quality, and preparing finished parts for shipment. This role is located at our Denver headquarters, where we manage the entire production process inhouse.
What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery that manufactures steel clamps-often running up to two machines at once
• Feed raw product into machines and perform routine quality checks
• Make small mechanical adjustments to keep machines running smoothly
• Monitor equipment, report defects or breakdowns, and ensure consistent output
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping
• Select the correct tools and parts needed for each day's production

What You Bring

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of machine operation experience in any industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, packaging, or general manufacturing
• Familiarity with machine shop environments and basic mechanical tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
