Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hopkinton, NH to bring on a Quality Inspector!

Position: Quality Inspector
Pay: $20 - $28 depending on experience!
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift
Job Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with CNC manufacturing experience to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for inspecting machined components, ensuring all parts meet internal and customer quality specifications using a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components
• Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, including GD&T
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and quality reports
• Identify non-conforming parts, report issues, and assist in root cause investigations
• Work closely with machine operators and engineers to ensure product conformance and process improvements
• Support calibration of inspection equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Proficient in using a wide range of precision measurement tools
• Familiar with CMM operation and/or programming (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts in aerospace, medical, or defense industries
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards
• Experience supporting continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
