Welder

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Casper, WY

Pay Range: $25/hr-$35/hr 

Shift: Day

What's the Job?

• Read specifications or blueprints to determine locations, quantities, or sizes of materials required
• Bolt, fasten, and position structural steel members for welding or assembly
• Hoist and position steel components using cranes or other hoisting equipment
• Cut, bend, and weld steel pieces using metal shears, torches, or welding equipment
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to blueprints or instructions, ensuring high-quality welds

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years of related welding experience
• Proficiency in four or more welding processes (GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
