Position: Lead Countertop Installer
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay: $28-$30/hour, PAID WEEKLY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead countertop installation projects, ensuring quality and precision in all aspects of the job
• Supervise and mentor installation team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Interpret blueprints and work orders to plan and execute installations effectively
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for cutting, fitting, and securing countertops
• Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and cleaned upon project completion
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet and exceed expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges on-site
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition and ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of countertop installation or similar experience required
• Proven leadership experience in a carpentry or installation role
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment specific to countertop installation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
