Our client is seeking elite CNC Machinists for a premier, "high-mix, low-volume" technical facility near Memphis, TN. salary: $50,960 - $62,400 per year

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Total Setup & Operation: Taking a project from raw stock to a finished masterpiece.
• Multi-Axis Execution: Operating 3, 4, and 5-Axis Mills, as well as precision Lathes and Swiss machines.
• Precision Inspection: Using manual tools and GD&T knowledge to ensure every part meets exacting specs.
• Problem Solving: Making real-time G-code edits and tool adjustments to optimize performance.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week

Lathe (3 years of experience is required)
