About the Position:
Hiring a Project Executive responsible for assigned projects' financial and administrative activities. The Project Executive must be capable of translating project strategy into tactical and operational project-level planning that creates the desired project financial, schedule, quality, and relationship results and must possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the Company's expected project outcomes. The Project Executive will work with a diverse customer base in the commercial, office, warehouse, education, institutional, healthcare, retail, recreation, government, and hospitality sectors. The position is based in Fort Collins or Denver. Time must be spent at the northern Colorado office.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of overall commercial construction experience
• 10+ years of previous experience as a PM for a commercial general contractor.
• Experience on commercial projects of $10-40M in value.
• Ground-up diverse commercial project experience preferred.
